Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Crawford County Program, including participant services, personnel management, and budget management. This full-time salaried, exempt position oversees all services provided to participants and their families referred to the program.

What You Will Do

Oversee the intake process, monitor service delivery, and ensure staff implement service or treatment plans using a strength-based wraparound model. Identify, recruit, hire, train, and supervise direct service and administrative staff, conduct staff meetings and training sessions, and manage the local program within budget parameters.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services area (i.e., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related is required
• Commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree
• 3-5 years related experience/training in youth services, juvenile justice, community programs, or program development
• Minimum 1 year experience in management and supervision of personnel
• Experience serving as a supervisor or director in an IBHS and/or community-based service programs is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
