Role OverviewThe Program Director provides strategic leadership, management, and oversight for contractor support services under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) Vetting Analysis Division (VAD) Integrated Program Management Support Services (IPMSS) contract.
What You Will Do
The person in this role will initiate and set program goals, plan program execution, supervise program and project managers, develop and oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with contract performance metrics.

Requirements

- Technical & Domain Expertise: thorough understanding of program/project management techniques, tools (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp), and performance evaluation methodologies
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification or equivalent executive management credential
- Security Clearances/Suitability: Must meet TSA public trust/suitability requirements (e.g., Tier 2 Moderate Risk)
