Job Description
Join D&S Community Services as a Program Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of community-based programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You will manage a caseload, supervise program staff, and make recommendations on hiring and terminations. A strong leadership and organizational skills are required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in the Human Services industry
  • At least two years of IDD experience
  • Valid driver's license, current car registration, and auto insurance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate in approach
