Role OverviewThe Program Director of Business Operations will lead and provide operational oversight across three of Northeast Arc's businesses: Heritage Shredding, the Caning Company, and Transportation. This role requires strong business acumen to balance mission-driven service delivery with the operational, financial, customer, and growth needs of each social enterprise.

Responsibilities include providing operational oversight, developing and implementing business plans, overseeing marketing and sales activities, serving as a liaison to customers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
- BA/BS preferred with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing business operations, social enterprise programs, revenue-generating services, or comparable operational/business functions strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into practical business strategies
- Knowledge of sales, customer service, pricing, budgeting, production planning, and business development practices
- Ability to balance social service outcomes with sound business decision-making and sustainable enterprise operations
