Job Description
The Program Director of SaferU and SupportingYou leads workforce safety, well-being, and peer support initiatives across UCLA Health, providing strategic leadership and program oversight to promote a culture of safety and compassion.
Requirements
Current valid CA RN License, required
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, required
At least 3 years of related healthcare experience, required
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree Research and Grant Submission, highly desired
Previous experience leading healthcare workforce programs, particularly from a quality-focused perspective, preferred
Previous experience leading peer support /second victim programs, preferred
Professional Certification such as CPHQ/CPPS/PMP, highly desired
