Role OverviewThe Program Director is responsible for carrying out and overseeing all program, contract, and compliance direction. They provide leadership in ongoing development of program and participate at the administrative level in policy-making, planning, and decision-making. The program director is to provide leadership to the interdisciplinary team which includes, management, clinical team, and direct care employees.
What You Will Do
Ensure the highest quality delivery of services to youth in accordance with Wedgwood Christian Services Mission Statement and Principles and Core Values. Serves as the agency liaison for ongoing licensing compliance for residential treatment services. Ensures that all aspects of the ORR contract are fulfilled in current services.

This position requires a Master’s degree in social work or equivalent degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working with adolescents and/or families, and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a Residential setting with an understanding of Child Licensing regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prior experience with data analysis preferred
- Prior experience with program budgets preferred
- Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goals, purpose, and objectives of the agency
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
