Role OverviewBryceTech is seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs and initiatives. The Program Evaluation Analyst will apply evaluation methodologies and analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable findings to support program and policy decisions.

Responsibilities include supporting the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of program evaluation activities, developing evaluation questions and frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing evaluation reports and presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, health administration, social sciences, statistics, evaluation science, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting program evaluation, performance measurement, research, data analysis, public health programs, or a related field
- Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting programmatic or research data
- Experience developing reports, presentations, briefings, and other analytical products
- Understanding of basic program evaluation concepts, methodologies, and performance measurement
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
