Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Alila Ventana Big Sur as a Program Facilitator. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the outdoors, an adaptable mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for creating unforgettable moments.

Requirements

  • Facilitating daily complimentary movement classes and seasonal programming
  • Daily communication with internal Guest Services, F&B, and culinary team, guests, and vendors
  • Leading and facilitating the daily activities Guided Property Hike, Sur House Social and Afternoon Outdoor Movement Activities
  • Pre and post in-person program logistics and gear support
  • Manage program supplies and communicate to Guest Experiences Program Manager on what needs to be fulfilled
  • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to guests of all skill levels
  • Maintain and organize activity equipment
  • Assist in the promotion and marketing of outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
