Role Overview

The Program Facilitator is a part-time position that facilitates Girls Inc. programming at one of our multiple program sites, promoting the well-being, development, confidence, and success of girls aged 5-18. This role requires flexibility, patience, and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

What You Will Do

The Program Facilitator will prepare and teach research-based, age-appropriate programs and curricula, design and implement mission-related activities and events, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to quality in all aspects of program delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • 21 or older Clean driving record
  • Capable of driving 15 passenger van
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in a youth organization or a related field
  • Experience working with girls ages 5-18
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with children
  • Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and volunteers
  • Flexibility in hours and ability to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
