Job Description
Sacred Heart Community Service is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join their Finance Team. The role involves financial analysis, budget support, grant financial management, invoicing, and reporting. The Program Finance Analyst will work closely with program directors and finance team members to develop grant budgets, monitor budget-to-actual performance, and ensure accurate financial tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, grants management, nonprofit administration, or financial analysis
  • Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, reconciliations, invoices, or other financial documentation
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets and financial reports
  • Experience working with an ERP, accounting, or financial management system
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with finance, program, and administrative staff
