Role OverviewThe AOA program instructor is responsible for leading AOA appropriate programs and branch activities, conducting member interaction tasks to promote member satisfaction, sales, and retention, and implementing program plans and supervising activities in the program areas.
What You Will Do
Execute AOA activities, work with YMCA leadership to facilitate, market, and organize AOA events, and maintain a positive rapport with participants.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of one year's experience in programming/program growth (Active Older Adult) Programming (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 30 days of hire
- Adhere to Blood borne Pathogen standards and attend annual training
