Role OverviewThe Program Integrator/Configuration Management will oversee the development and integration of individual projects within a large-scale program. They will assist in the development and execution of a standardized Change and Configuration Management (CM) process. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with senior government leadership and team members.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing process support and leadership in project and CM handling plans, facilitating CM efforts, communicating baseline posture and project information to stakeholders, and driving effective teamwork and communication across multiple groups.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interact comfortably with Senior Government Leadership and Team members on a day-to-day basis
- Problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards
- Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
- Experience with working in team environments
- Experience with using SharePoint or Confluence
