Role OverviewLead community-based programs serving young adults, parents, and families, and help strengthen the transition from high school into college, workforce, entrepreneurship, parenting, and other adult pathways.
What You Will Do
Plan and implement programs, manage cohorts, workshops, and community-based activities, and facilitate programming when needed. Lead Parenting Pays programming and College Cash Flow Crew, and connect families and young adults to community resources.

Requirements
- Three years' experience in leading community-based programs serving young adults, parents, families, or economically marginalized communities.
- Background in family services, parenting education, human services, young-adult development, education, workforce development, economic mobility, or a related area.
- Experience independently coordinating programs, cohorts, community initiatives, or funded projects from planning through execution.
- Comfortable coordinating community partners, contractors, facilitators, and volunteers.
- Experience with grant-funded or government-funded programming preferred; familiarity with Two-Generation approaches, financial capability, college success, workforce development, or family economic mobility is a plus.
