Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Lead

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to lead program management services and service delivery technology across the Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). This is a hybrid leadership role combining program management business class leadership, resources service delivery technology lead, and technical project execution/project leadership. The role will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation while working closely with leadership and technology teams.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of our program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group. This includes facilitating knowledge transfer, collaborating with other Service Delivery Business Class Leads, promoting consistent delivery and technical excellence, and monitoring KPIs of the business class to meet defined areas, regional, and business-group metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers on business class efforts
