Program Supervisor position for a specialty behavior program at ResCare Community Living, responsible for supervising services, developing and implementing behavior support plans, and managing staff.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • One to two years of related experience, with an emphasis on working with individuals with IDD
  • Licensure and other requirements as required by state
  • Current driver's license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
