Role OverviewThe Program Manager coordinates supports for people attending the day service program. They manage a caseload and monitor program quality, client and family satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with funding source and accreditation standards.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and supervising programs for people supported by the day program, developing ISP goals, and submitting required forms and summaries in Therap.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or eight years of related experience, with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a position-related field or eight years of related experience
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
- Must obtain and maintain training and certification in all required areas
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transporting clients
- Must obtain a Class E driver's license during new hire orientation
- Must receive seasonal flu vaccination
