Job Description
The Learning & Inclusion Office of EEO & Workplace Culture team is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support female union employees in field roles and the Women in Non-Traditional Careers (WINC) Employee Resource Group.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary liaison between female union employees in field roles, the WINC ERG, EEO and Workplace Culture and Senior Leadership.
  • Engage directly with female union employees in field environments to build trust and foster inclusion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address unique challenges and opportunities.
