Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision, facilitating weekly team meetings, and collaborating with other Housing Department teams to develop interventions focused on improving client safety and well-being. The Program Manager will also provide budgetary oversight, assist with client crisis management, and ensure accurate documentation and data collection.
Requirements
MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD with CA BBS registration
Minimum of 2 years' full-time experience working with the homeless, preferably those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions
2 years' supervisory experience managing staff
Current, valid CA Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
