Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision, facilitating weekly team meetings, and collaborating with other Housing Department teams to develop interventions focused on improving client safety and well-being. The Program Manager will also provide budgetary oversight, assist with client crisis management, and ensure accurate documentation and data collection.

Requirements

  • MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD with CA BBS registration
  • Minimum of 2 years' full-time experience working with the homeless, preferably those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions
  • 2 years' supervisory experience managing staff
  • Current, valid CA Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
