Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for daily oversight of the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) teams based in the Project-based Housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring funder standards are met.

Requirements

  • MSW, MFT, LPC or PsyD (supervision hours are available for this position) preferred, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' of management experience, including administrative and clinical supervision of staff.
  • Extensive experience working with the homeless population or individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system.
  • Able to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with clients who have multiple barriers.
  • Current, valid California Driver's with an acceptable driving record.
  • Able to be on-call 24/7 with support from ODR Clinical Supervisor and ODR Program Director.
