Job Description
The Program Manager - ODR Project Based Housing is responsible for daily oversight of the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision, and ensuring funder standards are met.

Requirements

  • MSW, MFT, LPC, or PsyD preferred, or 3 years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' of management experience, including administrative and clinical supervision of staff
  • Extensive experience working with the homeless population or individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system
  • Able to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with clients who have multiple barriers
  • Current, valid California Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
