Role OverviewThe Program Manager provides overall coordination of services for the Delco Project Share Recovery Learning Center, mentors and develops staff, and ensures that participants' self-identified goals for recovery, rehabilitation, and community integration are supported by appropriate services and best practices.
What You Will Do
Leads service coordination, hires and trains staff, develops and implements recovery education classes, cultivates relationships with outside agencies, and gathers data for outcomes and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in oral and written communication, cultural competence, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork, with a minimum of two years of mental health experience and three years of management/supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of BA degree and two years of mental health experience or HS diploma and five years of mental health experience required.
- Minimum of three years of management/supervisory experience required.
- Credentialed as a Certified Peer Specialist is a plus.
- Knowledge of community resources and systems, financial/social resources, and experience in interviewing, assessment, and implementation.
- Must possess basic computer skills and be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
