Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee administrative and supervisory duties for the Interim Housing Program, including daily operations, staff supervision, and client care. The selected candidate will work a 4-day week with a flexible schedule, with a focus on teamwork, integration, and performance-based outcomes.

Requirements

  • Provide administrative oversight and supervision of line staff
  • Ensure successful performance-based outcomes
  • Maintain highest quality services and efficiency of programming
  • Foster teamwork and integration among staff
  • Collaborate with internal programs and outside entities
  • Provide support to Support Specialists with documentation and processes
  • Intervene during crises in a trauma-informed manner
  • Ensure implementation and quality of enrichment program
