Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee administrative and supervisory duties for the Interim Housing Program, including daily operations, staff supervision, and client care. The selected candidate will work a 4-day week with a flexible schedule, with a focus on teamwork, integration, and performance-based outcomes.
Requirements
Provide administrative oversight and supervision of line staff
Ensure successful performance-based outcomes
Maintain highest quality services and efficiency of programming
Foster teamwork and integration among staff
Collaborate with internal programs and outside entities
Provide support to Support Specialists with documentation and processes
Intervene during crises in a trauma-informed manner
Ensure implementation and quality of enrichment program
