Job Description
OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm providing support to Federal Government clients. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful, compliant, and efficient execution of the entire contract, managing a team of 150+ personnel, and serving as the primary point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Current Tier 3 Favorably Adjudicated Investigation / Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be in the National Capital Region and available to support on-site as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or communications
  • 5+ years of experience leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to end-users within military of Government sectors
  • 7+ years of experience managing military community support programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Profession (PgMP) Certified
  • Experience managing Firm-Fixed-Price / Time & Material Hybrid contracts
