Role OverviewThe Program Manager 2 will lead a team to deliver a critical subassembly to one of our nation's strategic deterrent platforms. The role requires strong programmatic discipline and fundamentals to deliver product on time and within budget.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include technical and programmatic execution, cultivating customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, establishing a program organization, and participating in contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions, with experience working with major prime customers and a demonstrated ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience
- Master's degree and 8 years of related experience
- P&L experience
- Experience working with major prime customers
- Ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance
