Job Description
AMIkids seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management team members in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have leadership, organization, training, and effective communication skills. They will be responsible for managing program operations, administrative and human resource systems, and collaborating with stakeholders on contract compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience, two (2) years preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience within an educational or youth service program, preferably working with troubled youth
