Job Description
The Program Manager, Buildings will support the team responsible for capital project coordination and implementation across City Agencies. The role will serve as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor for Operations and the capital project teams at the City's critical infrastructure agencies.
Requirements
Serve as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor for Operations and the capital project teams at the City's critical infrastructure agencies
Support strategic planning and project execution for large-scale infrastructure projects across the five boroughs
Facilitate interagency coordination, set timelines and milestones, review capital improvement plans, and ensure compliance with standards
Monitor best practices, latest trends, and make policy and operational recommendations for high-profile capital projects
Support the implementation of infrastructure projects necessary to advance neighborhood planning initiatives
Coordinate Deputy Mayor briefings, prep materials, and calendaring as appropriate and support DMO staff members as needed
Participate in internal and external meetings with or on behalf of the Deputy Mayor to ensure appropriate follow-up
Develop and facilitate systems and processes for City Hall coordination
Coordinate across Deputy Mayor teams
