Job Description
The Program Manager, Buildings will support the team responsible for capital project coordination and implementation across City Agencies. The role will serve as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor for Operations and the capital project teams at the City's critical infrastructure agencies.

Requirements

  • Serve as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor for Operations and the capital project teams at the City's critical infrastructure agencies
  • Support strategic planning and project execution for large-scale infrastructure projects across the five boroughs
  • Facilitate interagency coordination, set timelines and milestones, review capital improvement plans, and ensure compliance with standards
  • Monitor best practices, latest trends, and make policy and operational recommendations for high-profile capital projects
  • Support the implementation of infrastructure projects necessary to advance neighborhood planning initiatives
  • Coordinate Deputy Mayor briefings, prep materials, and calendaring as appropriate and support DMO staff members as needed
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with or on behalf of the Deputy Mayor to ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Develop and facilitate systems and processes for City Hall coordination
  • Coordinate across Deputy Mayor teams
