Role OverviewKnox Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company.

Lead strategic programs and special projects from initial concept through execution, establishing clear plans, owners, milestones, and success measures.

The role will also support the development and growth of KnoxAI, translating business and customer needs into product priorities and coordinating requirements, releases, adoption, and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex projects and drive them from concept through completion.
- Strong program management, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both executives and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and operational data.
- Experience improving processes and creating structure in environments where processes may not yet exist.
- Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without formal authority.
- Strong judgment, ownership, curiosity, and follow through.
- Ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly and operate effectively in a fast moving environment.
