Role OverviewThe Program Manager supports the daily operations and strategic initiatives of UC Clermont's Career Services Center. This position coordinates career programming, employer engagement activities, workforce development initiatives, communications, events, and operational functions that advance the college's commitment to career readiness and experiential learning.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will connect students with campus and community resources, assist with career exploration, work-based learning opportunities, and provide initial career coaching and guidance. They will also maintain a working knowledge of Career Services programs, experiential learning opportunities, campus resources, and institutional processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Student Affairs, Communications, Workforce Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in program coordination, event planning, employer engagement, administrative operations, workforce development, higher education, student services, or a related field
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
