Role Overview

The Program Manager position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Simulation Center, managing payroll processes, and coordinating Clinical Skills Lab operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to manage independent responsibilities while collaborating effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented educational environment.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include managing Standardized Patient payroll processes, creating and renewing Personal Services Contracts, preparing Limited Services Engagement Forms, tracking timesheets, and creating and submitting e-forms monthly. The Program Manager will also assist with other financial responsibilities, such as creating and tracking invoices, and manage the Clinical Skills Lab and coordinate scheduling of Clinical Skills Lab programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience
