Job Description
The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for ensuring contracted organizations meet administrative, programmatic, fiscal, and contractual obligations. Conducts site visits and desk reviews to assess compliance, monitor performance, and provide guidance. Reports must be thorough and provide essential information based on contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • 2 years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Ability to review and interpret complex contractual documents
  • Understanding of City procurement rules
  • Collaboration with Contract development Team and Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS)
  • Stay informed about policy and regulatory updates
  • Ability to defend findings before oversight entities, including the Department of Investigation (DOI)
