Role OverviewThe Program Manager serves as Redhawk's single point of accountability for successful execution of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Annual Statement of Assurance / Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program Services contract. The PM provides executive leadership across all functional workstreams; maintains responsibility for contract performance, customer satisfaction, staffing, schedule, quality, and financial execution; and serves as Redhawk's primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, ARNG G-8, RMF Division leadership, and other Government stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Direct overall contract execution across all task areas, with accountability for cost, schedule, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage contract administration, deliverable schedules, and compliance with all contract terms and reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management)
- Active Secret clearance
- PMP Certification
- CGFM/CPA/CDFM (Preferred, not required)
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience
- 10+ years managing DoD financial management or audit readiness programs
- Experience managing contracts exceeding $10M in total value
