Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager Contractor to lead and coordinate the end-to-end execution of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) technology integration activities on behalf of the client. This role will serve as the operational program lead for the client's M&A integration workstreams, partnering closely with the Internal Technology, Data & Infrastructure (TDI) team, Integration Management Office (IMO), Security, and Sourcing to drive seamless integration of acquired companies into the client's corporate technology environment.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end program management of M&A integration efforts across TDI, establish and maintain a structured Jira initiative per deal, drive TDI kickoff meetings and weekly sync meetings, and provide regular program status updates to TDI leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of IT or technology program management experience
- At least 2+ years directly supporting M&A integration or corporate IT transformation programs
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong experience with Jira for portfolio/program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the Director/VP level across Engineering, Security, Sourcing, and Finance functions
- Familiarity with corporate IT environments, including Google Workspace, identity management (SSO configuration), and enterprise SaaS procurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
