Role OverviewThe Creator Reputation team partners with high-impact professional creators to drive product understanding, adoption, and positive perception across the broader creator ecosystem. This is a creative and methodical project management role that requires great interpersonal skills, strong coordination, and the ability to see an initiative through to fruition.
What You Will Do
Develop creative creator programs, initiatives, and events that drive creator trust and advocacy of the platform, execute engagements that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with business goals, and manage relationships with agencies, third-party partners, and sponsors.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional working experience, ideally in tech, entertainment, media, talent or at a creative agency
- Deep understanding of professional creators and what resonates among this audience
- Strong program management skills - execution, organization, time management, and follow-through
- Strong relationship builder; experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across different business units with occasionally conflicting priorities
- Clear communicator who can synthesize cross-functional feedback, remove roadblocks, manage up effectively, and advocate for creator-first solutions that also deliver against business objectives
