Role OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the group home. The Program Manager is located on site and is part of the daily milieu ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered services.
What You Will Do
Provide person-centered, strength-based, and culturally responsive services and support clients in developing goals, strengths, and independent living skills. Monitor program outcomes, quality indicators, client satisfaction, and service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a residential human services setting
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Windows and database applications
- Valid and insurable New York State driver's license
