Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Program Manager EEO Compliance, Lead Investigator to coordinate the development and administration of EEO compliance programs, conduct investigations, and provide training and education.

Requirements

  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations
  • Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination and harassment prevention
