Job Description
DoorDash is hiring a Program Manager, Engineering Enablement to build and scale programs that elevate developer productivity and cohesion across the organization. The role will support programming efforts with org-wide communication, operations, and events; tooling and documentation; and emerging technologies such as AI. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of program management experience and be a clear, concise communicator who can write program docs and tailor messaging to different audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience

  • Experience with engineering onboarding and/or facilitation
  • Experience with documentation systems and developer tooling
  • Data-driven approach to program management
