Role Overview

The Program Manager for In-School Youth Programs will be responsible for monitoring Workforce program contracts in In-School Youth programs. The role involves monitoring and assessing SYEP Providers' performance, communicating program policies and procedures, and conducting field visits to provide technical assistance. The Program Manager will also supervise seasonal staff, compile and analyze reports, and perform other tasks as needed to support the SYEP unit and programs.
