Role OverviewThe Program Manager for In-School Youth Programs will be responsible for monitoring Workforce program contracts in In-School Youth programs, ensuring high-quality services to youth, and communicating program policies and procedures to providers.

Specific duties include monitoring provider performance, conducting field visits, completing audits, supervising seasonal staff, compiling and analyzing reports, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
