Job Description
World Relief is seeking a Program Manager to oversee refugee and immigrant case management services in Southern California, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed programming that meets funder requirements and client goals.

Requirements

  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in case management, refugee resettlement, or related social services
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and strengths-based practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency with data entry, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous supervisory experience required
