Role OverviewThis is a fully remote role supporting our GMP Laboratory in Middleton, WI. As the Program Manager II - Cell Lab, you'll provide tactical support for client-facing projects, manage project performance, and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. You'll work with a team to improve patient health through the expertise of scientists, industry thought leaders, and therapeutic experts.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing oversight and coordination of study initiation, understanding protocol language, preparing for and facilitating internal meetings, and maintaining project set-up and sample test scheduling. You'll also evaluate and manage project timelines and deliverables, understand and adhere to contract language, and manage project setup and financials.
