Role OverviewThe Program Manager II - Student Programs will oversee all co-curricular programming at the medical school, including the Advisory College program, School of Medicine Graduation, White Coat Ceremony, and all M1 orientation events. This position will identify students eligible for honors and awards and work with the Senior Associate Dean for Student affairs to mentor and nominate them.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic oversight and operational management of the Advisory Dean College Program, design and manage all components of the School of Medicine's Commencement ceremonies, lead end-to-end planning for the White Coat Ceremony, and develop and implement holistic wellness programming for the School of Medicine.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Social Media Platforms
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
