Role Overview

The Program Manager II, Community-1 is responsible for overseeing and maintaining day-to-day operations of the permanent supportive housing programs. The role involves directing QMHP, QMHA, Peer Wellness, and administrative staff in providing treatment and housing retention supports for client households participating in our supported housing programs.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to the development of annual goals and objectives, assisting in developing and updating policies and procedures, determining staffing requirements, and overseeing daily operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a behavioral science field, experience in management or supervisory roles, and specialized knowledge of homeless services programming, including HUD and local services. The candidate should also be able to provide quality client care, document services, and operate computer hardware and software.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a behavioral science field
  • 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience working within or leading a program with a harm reduction or housing first modality for adults
  • CADC certification preferred
