Role OverviewAs a Program Manager II in Amazon's Last Mile Science and Analytics team, you'll lead the development of AI and machine learning solutions to optimize the final phase of our logistics network, impacting speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of delivering millions of smiles to customers' doorsteps every day.
What You Will Do
You'll drive the product vision and strategy for last mile delivery optimization tools, collaborate with data scientists, gather and prioritize product requirements, work with engineering teams, analyze product performance metrics, and create and maintain product roadmaps.

Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
