Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Program Manager to support our Program Management function. This role will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs — partnering cross-functionally with creative strategists, social teams, communications leads, and external agency partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision
