Job Description
The Program Manager, Interim Housing will be responsible for administrative oversight, supervision of case management and line staff, and ensuring successful performance-based outcomes in an Interim Housing Program for The People Concern.

Requirements

  • Provide crisis intervention and triage services
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Work with housing department and city partners
  • Manage intake process
  • Assist with preparing data for reports
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures
  • Facilitate weekly case conferencing
  • Complete performance evaluations
  • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and funders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other agency programs
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Incorporate life skills programming
  • Develop and improve programming
  • Train staff on programmatic expectations
