Job Description
The Program Manager, Interim Housing will be responsible for administrative oversight, supervision of case management and line staff, and ensuring successful performance-based outcomes in an Interim Housing Program for The People Concern.
Requirements
Develop effective relationships with clients
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Provide guidance to staff
Promote opportunities to support critical thinking
Provide crisis intervention and triage services
Ensure compliance with documentation standards
Work with housing department and city partners
Manage intake process
Assist with preparing data for reports
Ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures
Facilitate weekly case conferencing
Complete performance evaluations
Communicate effectively with management, peers, and funders
Coordinate and collaborate with other agency programs
Maintain client confidentiality
Incorporate life skills programming
Develop and improve programming
Train staff on programmatic expectations
