Job Description
As a Program Manager - Kitchens, you will lead multiple kitchens and teams, overseeing the production of nutritious meals for senior citizens and youth in the community, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality food safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or related field and/or years of experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management, with a focus on menu planning, production scheduling, and staff supervision
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and meal planning for senior populations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices, including ServSafe certification
  • Proficiency in computer applications for inventory management and record-keeping
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors, with a commitment to promoting their health and well-being through nutritious meals
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable and drive for results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
