Job Description
As a Program Manager - Kitchens, you will lead multiple kitchens and teams, overseeing the production of nutritious meals for senior citizens and youth in the community, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality food safety.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or related field and/or years of experience
Proven experience in kitchen management, with a focus on menu planning, production scheduling, and staff supervision
Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and meal planning for senior populations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices, including ServSafe certification
Proficiency in computer applications for inventory management and record-keeping
Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors, with a commitment to promoting their health and well-being through nutritious meals
Ability to hold self and others accountable and drive for results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
