Job Description
The Program Manager will oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project, overseeing fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program. The role will also involve day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-team programs/projects
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level briefings and influence decision-making
  • Experience with program tracking, reporting, and documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical execution, ensure quality standards, and manage risk across programs
