Job Description
ProSidian is a Management And Operations Consulting Services firm seeking a Program Manager to provide services and support as a Program Manager [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

Requirements

  • 10+ years program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
