Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the Program Manager oversees the strategic and operational management of several complex projects and/or of a key project/program for the company.

Requirements

  • Define the program’s vision, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the company’s strategy.
  • Lead all projects within the program, ensuring their coherence, strategic alignment, and effective execution according to the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) model.
  • Coordinate project managers and functional leaders involved in the program, supporting them in managing risks, resources, and decision‐making.
  • Ensure cross‐functional coordination among internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Industrialization, Production, Service) as well as external partners.
  • Guarantee adherence to commitments related to cost, quality, schedule, and overall program performance.
  • Manage the program’s overall budget and optimize resource allocation in collaboration with Engineering managers and technical project managers.
  • Establish and track program performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to Executive Management.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and technological innovations to guide strategic program decisions in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and help strengthen the company’s project culture.
