Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering various programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
Experience working with specialty populations (i.e., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
